Ghosty, one of Oman Forum's oldest and most active members has passed away at the extremely young age of 29. Under his other online nickname, Sleepless in Muscat, he was one of Oman's most prolific bloggers. He was also a poet with two published poetry books, and an aspiring writer who wrote occasional columns for The Week and Times of Oman.
Oman Expat Info is a new sub-forum which has been added to the Local Forum. It is aimed primarily at expats who are either new to Oman and need information and advice, and to people who have job offers from Oman which they need to gauge before accepting.
